Bioractor Simulator

A bioreactor digital twin is a virtual representation of the bioprocess, powered by experimental and/or real-time data.

It enables the simulation and prediction of cell culture behavior, identification of critical process parameters, optimization of operating conditions, and early detection of process deviations.

It is therefore a powerful tool for de-risking process development, accelerating scale-up, and enhancing process understanding and control, while reducing the number of experiments required.

TFF & NFF Simulators

A digital twin of a Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) unit is a virtual representation of the process that enables the simulation and prediction of filtration performance based on operating parameters (transmembrane pressure (TMP), flow rates, concentration, pressure, etc.).

It helps optimize permeate flux, concentration, and product recovery, while anticipating membrane fouling and process deviations.

It is therefore a powerful tool for reducing experimental testing, facilitating scale-up, and ensuring the robustness and reliability of the filtration process.

NFF: Normal Flow Filtration

Freeze-Dryer Simulator

A digital twin of a freeze-drying (lyophilization) unit is a virtual representation of the process that enables the simulation and prediction of product behavior throughout the different stages of the cycle (freezing, primary drying, and secondary drying).

It helps optimize temperatures, pressure, and cycle times, while ensuring control over critical process parameters such as product temperature, sublimation rate, and residual moisture content.

It is therefore a powerful tool for reducing experimental testing, accelerating process development and scale-up, and ensuring the robustness and reliability of the freeze-drying cycle.

What's the problem ?

In bioproduction, it is impossible to avoid certain uncontrolled variabilities of biological materials at the input of the manufacturing process.
Indeed, if the process is invariant, its variability is found at the output and often prevents compliance with CQA requirements.

Our solution

The only possibility is to adjust the processes at the level of these CPPs in real time in order to compensate for these input variability and thus keep the output quality constant.

Which benefits ?

🔐 Consistent Quality
🎚️ Reduced Variability
💸 Cost Savings
🔍 Compliance with Regulatory Requirements
👷 Risk Mitigation
📈 Facilitation of Continuous Improvement

Benefits

Adapting process in realtime for
a consistent Quality of your product ✅

Our clients love us

You want to save 20% of development time !?

Quality by Design allows to identify the critical quality attribute of your products and critical process parameters, but also to determine the relationship between them.

This knowledge makes it possible to predict the optimal product formulation and manufacturing recipe, as well as robust analytical procedures.
